Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68-72ºF, 20-22ºC). 12-15 gelatine sheet will gelify 1 liter of preparation. Soak gelatine sheets in cold water until softened, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain, then warm to melt. Carefully incorporate melted gelatine into preparations.
