Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68-72ºF, 20-22ºC). Generally, 12-15 gelatine sheets will gelify 1 liter of preparation. Soak gelatine sheets in cold water until softened, about 8-10 minutes. Drain, then warm to melt. Carefully incorporate melted gelatine into preparations.
