Ingredients: Sugar, glucose syrup, refined vegetable oil (palm), emulsfier: diacetyl tartaric acid, modfied starch, milk; protein, flavor.
Applications: WhipEasy is a semi-finished product which, when mixed in a planetary mixer with water, allows you to obtain a vegetable cream suitable for decorating or filling desserts, mousses, and ice creams as a fresh cream alternative. To obtain a particularly tasty product, it is also possible to replace water with milk, fresh cream, or fruit puree.
Dosage: 1000g WhipEasy, 2000g Cold water. Mix the powder with the liquid part in a planetary mixer for about 4 minutes at medium speed until obtaining a well-structured mixture. The mixture obtained must be stored in the refrigerator. It is also possible to totally or partially replace water with milk, fresh cream or fruit puree . For a richer product: 1000g WhipEasy, 1000g cold water, 1000g cold milk, or 1000g WhipEasy, 2000g cold water, 2000g fresh cream.
