The competition is held at the International Restaurant & Foodservice Show of New York on February 28, 2010.  Jacob Javits Convention Center.  Purchase tickets to the show (Early Bird Special) at www.internationalrestaurantny.com.  Attendees of the trade show will have free admittance into the pastry competition arena / awards ceremony.  Showpieces will be on exhibit for the duration of the show:  Feb. 28 - March 2, 2010.
